Dilettante & Raconteur
When I paint, I feel free and joyful. When I write I feel empowered. So, delve into my portfolio to see my work. I hope it inspires you to make your own art and if you like what you see here let me know if I can create something for you.

Oz spent 30+ years wrangling sales and marketing teams in trade shows and event spaces. In February of 2023 he took the leap into early retirement to pursue his dreams of being an abstract fine art painter and part time writer.
He draws his inspiration from a lifetime of experiences from growing up on a small cattle farm in East Texas to living in Zambia, Africa. He was also a submariner in the U.S, Navy. Much of Oz’s inspiration also comes from 32 plus years of living with HIV as well as his military PTSD story. The many iterations his life has taken, maneuvering and conquering these two disabilities provides a deep well of creativity.
Oz often jokes about being a Dilettante & Raconteur when he is really just a person who conquers his traumas daily through his art.
